Call me a hater, but sometimes I think the USA USA USA chant is kind of douchey. But in this case, it's not, because it's not forced. Spontaneity of pure raw (drunk) emotion. US blowing chance after chance for that elusive goal but to finally come through at the end was something rare. The US is usually dominant in sports but in 2010 we've been treated to two of our teams reaching success in sports that we are not usually dominant in. USA hockey making it all the way to the Gold Medal Game (F you Crosby) and the US advancing to the 2nd round in amazing fashion.
